Refund Policy

Refund terms for future paid purchases.

Mapul is currently free. This policy explains how refunds will be handled once paid plans or purchases become available.

Current status

No payment is required to use the current version of Mapul, so no refunds are currently applicable.

Future digital purchases

If Mapul introduces paid subscriptions or one-time digital purchases, customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting support@mapul.com.

How refunds are assessed

Refund requests for Paddle-processed payments are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank or card issuer.
